Refund Policy

The short version: cancel with one message, keep what's fair, and your site never vanishes overnight.

1. Monthly plans

Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month, then your site moves to the Free Start plan. No cancellation fee, no questions, no retention maze.

2. Yearly plans

Cancel within the first 14 days for a full refund. After that, we refund the unused full months on a pro-rata basis. Example: cancel a ₹2,499/year Business plan after 4 months and we refund the remaining 8 months' share.

3. The Free Start safety net

If you stop paying, your business does not disappear from the internet. Your site moves to a free one-page version on your goclickbuild.com subdomain, so customers can still find you while you decide.

4. How to cancel or request a refund

Send one WhatsApp message or email hello@goclickbuild.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

5. Custom domains

Domain registrations (.com/.in) are purchased in your name from the registry and are non-refundable once registered — the domain remains yours either way.
